The class made 'mandarins' during Literacy groups.The class made 'dragons' in preparations for the Lion and Dragon Dance at school.

Chinese New Year - Xin nian kuai le
Last week 1RY began preparations for the arrival of Chinese New Year - the year of the tiger. We made 'mandarins' and fish during Literacy and Mandarin lessons. This week we are looking forward to the Lion dance and Chinese New Year assembly.

Barbie's Adventures
Last weekend Kayla took Barbie home for the weekend. Barbie went to netball, sushi train and swimming in the pool!
