International Mother Tongue Day

Last week we celebrated International Mother Tongue Day. Jessica Tan and Sebastian Howell's mums came in to the class to read a story in their mother tongue.
Jessica's mum Laura read 3 stories in mandarin. Laura comes from Singapore and was taught mandarin and english at school.
Sebastian's mum Natsimma comes from Thailand. She read us a story about a crocodile in thai and english. It was a great story.
Thank you for coming in to our class and sharing your language with us.
